Scott Reardon is a Paralympic gold medallist and keynote speaker specialising in workplace safety and resilience. At the age of 12, Scott was involved in a farming machinery accident, resulting in the loss of his right leg. During his athletic career, Scott secured four consecutive championships in the men’s 100m T42 event and Paralympic medals. Scott has since become a passionate advocate for workplace safety and a successful entrepreneur, founding and running multiple businesses.
