Deanne is the Head of Professional Services for the APAC region at Ideagen, where she leads the delivery of high-quality consulting, implementation and training services. With over six years of experience managing nationally dispersed teams, Deanne has successfully implemented compliance-based software solutions across diverse industries, consistently delivering impactful, customer-facing projects. 

Her professional background includes over 15 years of teaching and leadership roles in the UK, as well as in Australia’s independent schools and tertiary education sectors. This foundation in education informs her collaborative approach and deep understanding of stakeholder needs in complex environments. 

Deanne is currently in the final stages of her PhD, with research focused on Australian school leaders. This academic pursuit complements her practical experience and reflects her commitment to evidence-based leadership and continuous improvement. 

Known for her strategic thinking, people-first leadership style and passion for driving meaningful change, Deanne brings a unique blend of educational insight and operational expertise.
